MACHINING CUTTING TOOLS TYPES:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As per material quality to classify cutting tools types<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. White steel cutter<\/strong>: easy to wear and tear, used for roughening copper and small steel.<\/li>
  2. Tungsten steel cutter:<\/strong> used for angle clearing (especially steel) and smooth knife.<\/li>
  3. Alloy cutting tool<\/strong>: similar to tungsten steel knife.<\/li>
  4. Purple cutter:<\/strong> used in high speed cutting, not easy to wear. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    AS PER cutter heads TO CLASSIFY CUTTING TOOLS TYPES:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Flat-bottomed cutting tool<\/strong>: for flat and straight side, clearing plane angle.<\/li>
    2. Ball head cutting tool<\/strong>: It is used for light knife and light knife in all kinds of curved surface.<\/li>
    3. Bull nose cutting tool:<\/strong> (unilateral, bilateral and five sides): used for roughening of steel (R0.8, R0.3, R0.5, R0.4).<\/li>
    4. Coarse cutting tool<\/strong>: used for roughening, pay attention to the remaining method (0.3).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
