If pins be hard after machining, which can lead to heat based distortions.&nbsp; &nbsp;CNC lathe machine working with the hardened steel easily.</p>

<h2>Electrolytic deburring</h2>



<p>This is to use electric and chemical energy to dissolve the anode and remove the burr. The positive side of the part and the DC power supply is the anode, and the negative side of the forming tool and the DC power supply is the cathode. There is a certain gap between the two sides to let the electrolyte circulate. </p>



<h2>Chemical deburring</h2>



<p>Put the cleaned metal parts into the chemical solution (50 ℃), and the metal on the surface of the parts will be transferred into the solution in the form of ions. These ions gather on the surface of the<a href="https://www.marketingthiink.com/machined-parts"> machined workpiece</a> and form a layer of viscous film with large resistance and small conductivity through chemical reaction to protect the surface of the workpiece from corrosion, while the burr protrudes out of the surface, and the chemical action will remove the burr. </p>



<h2>High temperature deburring</h2>



<p>First place the parts to be deburred in the tight sealing chamber, and then send the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen with a certain pressure. After the spark plug ignites, the mixture will explode instantaneously, releasing a large amount of heat, and the instantaneous temperature is as high as 3300 ℃.</p>



<h2>Deburring by rolling</h2>



<p>A certain proportion of workpieces and abrasives are put into the closed cylinder. <p>Generally, it refers to the method of machining thread on workpiece with forming tool or grinding tool, mainly including turning, milling, tapping, threading, grinding and whirlwind cutting, etc. </p>

<p>Because the pitch (or lead) of the thread is specified by the drawing, the key to choose the cutting parameters when<a href="https://www.marketingthiink.com/cnc-machining-service/cnc-turning-service"> turning</a> the screw thread is to determine the spindle speed n and the cutting depth AP.</p>



<h3>1) SELECTION OF SPINDLE SPEED to do screw thread turning</h3>



<p>According to the mechanism that the spindle turns 1 and the cutter feeds 1 lead when turning the thread, the feed speed of the CNC lathe is determined by the selected spindle speed. The thread lead (which is the pitch when the thread is single head thread) instructed in the thread processing program section is equivalent to the feed speed VF VF = n f (1) expressed by the feed rate f (mm / R)</p>



<p>From Formula 1, it can be seen that the feed speed VF is proportional to the feed amount F. if the spindle speed of the machine tool is selected too high, the converted feed speed will greatly exceed the rated feed speed of the machine tool. Therefore, when selecting the rotation speed of the main shaft for turning the thread, the parameter setting of the feeding system and the electrical configuration of the machine tool should be considered to avoid the phenomenon of “disordered thread” or the thread pitch near the start / end point not meeting the requirements.</p>



<p>In addition, it is worth noting that once the thread processing is started, the spindle speed value cannot be changed generally, and the spindle speed including finishing must follow the selected value during the first feed <a href="https://www.marketingthiink.com/cnc-machining-service">machining</a>. Otherwise, the <a href="https://www.marketingthiink.com/cnc-machining-service">CNC</a> system will lead to “disordered thread” due to the “overshoot” of the reference pulse signal of the pulse encoder.</p>

<h3>2) SELECTION OF CUTTING DEPTH TO DO SCREW THREAD TURNING </h3>



<p>Because the thread turning is a<a href="https://www.marketingthiink.com/cnc-machining-service/cnc-turning-service"> forming turning,</a> the strength of the cutting tool is poor, and the cutting feed is large, and the cutting force on the cutting tool is also large. Therefore, it is generally required to select a relatively reasonable cutting depth according to the decreasing trend. <h3>Thread cutting</h3>



<p>Generally, it refers to the method of machining thread on workpiece with forming tool or grinding tool, mainly including <a href="https://www.marketingthiink.com/cnc-machining-service/cnc-turning-service">turning</a>, milling, tapping, threading, grinding and whirlwind cutting, etc. </p>



<h3>Thread milling</h3>



<p>On the thread milling machine, the disc milling cutter or comb milling cutter is used for milling. Disc <a href="https://www.marketingthiink.com/cnc-machining-service/cnc-milling-services">milling</a> cutter is mainly used for milling trapezoid external thread of screw rod, worm and other workpieces. Comb milling cutter is used for milling internal and external common thread and taper thread. </p>

<h3>Thread grinding</h3>



<p>It is mainly used to process the precision thread of hardened workpiece on the thread grinder. According to the different cross-section shape of grinding wheel, there are two kinds of grinding: single line grinding wheel and multi line grinding wheel. </p>



<h3>Thread grinding</h3>



<p>The nut type or screw type thread lapping tool is made of soft materials such as cast iron. The parts of the processed thread on the workpiece with pitch error are grinded by forward and reverse rotation to improve the pitch accuracy. The hardened internal thread is usually eliminated by grinding to improve the accuracy.</p>

<h3>Tapping and threading</h3>



<p>Tapping is to use a certain torque to screw the tap into the pre-drilled bottom hole on the workpiece to machine the internal thread. Threading is to cut the external thread on the bar (or tube) workpiece with a die. </p>

<h2>What is machining precision accuracy?</h2>



<p><strong>Machining accuracy </strong>refers to the degree of conformity between the actual value and the ideal value of the geometric parameters (size, geometry and mutual position) of the parts after machining.
